What I enjoy most about coaching lacrosse is…Helping girls of all ages build self-confidence through skill development and team work. I love to see the girls improve individually and as a team. I enjoy the sense of self-confidence that grows as they learn to trust in themselves and their teammates.

BBL classes differ from our rivals’ classes because…We are focused on training and player development. We keep class sizes small so we can provide individualized instruction and feedback in order to maximize player development.

Lacrosse is a great sport because…It’s taken the best from other sports and combined it into one game. It’s a fast paced, skilled, exciting game that is constantly evolving and developing to best serve the athletes involved.

Something interesting or funny you didn’t know about me is …I eat ice cream almost every day.

When I am not coaching lacrosse, I like to…Travel with my family and spend time with friends.

Did you know that I once …Ran a marathon! I know it’s hard to believe.
