Shooting & Dodging

This class will teach the player everything they need to know to develop. Players will get a chance to work on basic footwork into dodges (split, jab, roll, face) starting at a slow pace before going at it full speed. In order to become strong dodgers we believe that it is important that players have the proper footwork and technique before ultimately incorporating the upper body and the proper shooting form. In one of our classes players can expect to take close to 150 shots or more while being challenged by our coaches to focus on their accuracy and power.
