BBL Shore ' LAXFIT ' Wednesdays brings the best of both training worlds to its boys lacrosse players.
The first 45 minutes of each session will be with legendary Speed & Strength Coach Val Barnaby (Rutgers University). After a quick break, players pick up their sticks, put on their helmets and gloves to crush dodging and shooting drills with Dave Cormack (Monmouth University) & Steve Carcaterra (Towson University). If you are looking to increase your speed & strength as well as be the dodging and shooting threat you always wanted to be, then LAXFIT is for you!

5:00-6:30PM | Young Guns 'LaxFit' | 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade boys.
5:45-7:15PM | All Stars 'LaxFit' | **4th, 5th, 6th, 7th grade boys.
6:30-8:00PM | Elite Aces 'LaxFit' | **7th, 8th and HS grade boys.
