BBL SHORE SESSION 3

BBL Shore ' LAXFIT ' Wednesdays brings the best of both training worlds to its boys lacrosse players. 

The first 45 minutes of each session will be with legendary Speed & Strength Coach Val Barnaby (Rutgers University). After a quick break, players pick up their sticks, put on their helmets and gloves to crush dodging and shooting drills with Steve Carcaterra (Towson University). If you are looking to increase your speed & strength as well as be the dodging and shooting threat you always wanted to be, then LAXFIT is for you!

5:00-6:30PM | Young Guns 'LaxFit' | 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade boys.

5:45-7:15PM | All Stars 'LaxFit' | **4th, 5th, 6th, 7th grade boys.

6:30-8:00PM | Elite Aces 'LaxFit' | **7th, 8th and HS grade boys.
