ACADEMY TRAINING SYSTEM

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASS MY CHILD SHOULD START WITH?

That is the most frequently asked question by parents. We have charted out the individual skills a player would need on the lacrosse field and then developed these concepts into FOUR different CORE levels of training to help encapsulate all fundamental training concepts.  The Position Specific classes focus on unique skills need for elite play once the player has accomplished the Core 2 training or higher.  Each class has different prerequisites.

This format serves players of all positions, it is vital to be skilled both offensively and defensively because of the universality of these skills on the lacrosse field.

BBL also offers families the option of Private Group Training which allows teams or groups of friends to train together focusing on whatever areas the group desires.

In addition we will begin to teach different two-man game movements like give and go’s, backdoor cuts, draw and dumps and the best ways to defend each of them. In order to become strong dodgers we believe that it is important that players have the proper footwork and technique before ultimately incorporating the upper body and the proper shooting form.
